Refund policy

BOOSK accept return and refund for quality issues only.

  • If the product does not match the description on our website, or cannot be used, then we can take the return and exchange service. For detailed operations, please contact boosk888@gmail.com .
  • We can accept returns within 7 days of product receipt.
  • If a refund occurs, we will arrange a refund within 10 days.
  • If you have not received the refund, please contact this email boosk888@gmail.com in time.

Any other issues for refund is acceptable under situation of mutual agreement of buyer and seller.
Quality issues include a defect, deficiency, or significant variation in a product's expected appearance or performance.
If it’s determined that the product has quality issues, we will provide a full refund for the damaged product or resend a new product.
BOOSK will bear the shipping costs.

Item must be returned within 7 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time
Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
The label must be kept.
Any items purchased from a BOOSK cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Customers need to bear the return shipping costs
